Small Defects 

Small Defects is a murder mystery romance novel written in second person. 

The story follows Mischa Kochanek, a sex worker who is about to commit suicide when he spots a decapitated body across the street. Shaken from his goal, he reports the dead body. The detective assigned to the case, Raymond Vargas, captivates and intrigues Mischa, who then convinces Vargas into letting him assist with the investigation. Together they work to solve the murder while finding love and hope amongst the city's bleakness.
